Last week Caroline made a pumpkin craft during story time at the library. It's now hanging on our fridge!

Go Indians!
Homecoming Parade and Pep Rally

Last night the local high school had its homecoming parade and pep rally in downtown Senoia. The streets were closed early in the afternoon and excitement filled the little town! Because of the possibility to reach hundreds of teenagers and their families, Ryan set up a booth for our youth group/church. A few weeks ago he designed cups in the school's colors and put church information on it. We gave away free drinks and it was a blast! The community really responded well, especially the teenagers! It was great to see them so excited about us supporting them. The football team was so excited about "that cool guy that keeps bringing us drinks" that they gave him a homecoming shirt! All in all, it turned out to be a great outreach for our church! We look forward to having some visitors and pray for families that were touched.
As you can see from the pictures below, Caroline had fun too! She hung out with the youth girls who took her to see the parade, local doggies, and the football team. She even had a trip to the library with the pastor's wife.

Here are a few fun pictures from today. Caroline kept us laughing at lunch today. When she napped this afternoon, she decided to read instead of napping! (Her book baskets are beside her crib.)

Going to the chapel...

A few weekends ago we had the opportunity to go to a friend's wedding near Savannah. We got there and helped a little before rehearsal, went to rehearsal and dinner, and then the wedding the next day. It was great to be at Ellen's wedding! Here are some pictures a friend took while we were there.

Intently watching the rehearsal...
Grandma and Grandpa made the trip too!

Kissing a Scarecrow and Playing Outside

Caroline has been loving to play outside these past few days. This is a picture of her on her car her Uncle Tim gave her awhile back.
Here's a video too! We thought Uncle Tim would like to see Caroline playing with it! If you listen closely, you can hear the engine, radio, and car alarm.

Recent Pictures

She LOVES brushing her teeth! I don't think we'd ever remember to do it if she didn't remind us!

I just thought she looked cute in this outfit, and its the only pictures I could get! Once again, the only picture I could catch of her before we headed to church on a cool morning!
Caroline always climbs into the rocking chair in her room. She loves being BIG.

Oops, I forgot the Georgia Aquarium!

Yesterday we visited the aquarium. Caroline had fun seeing the fish and the sea otters!

If you look closely you can see the sea otters. Caroline kept barking at them. They reminded her of dogs I guess!

Caroline's first trip on a moving sidewalk. It was surrounded by fish and sea creatures.
Callaway Gardens

Today we went to Callaway Gardens with a family from church. We had such a fun time and we're thankful for their invitation to join them! Click on the album to see (or download) pictures from our day. We also included our favorites below!

Caroline LOVES to brush her teeth!

This is the first time I have been able to get pig tails or a pony tail! It makes her look so big...

She was checking out the bag I was packing for a picnic lunch.

Taking a picture with a pumpkin in her pumpkin pajamas!

Nashville
Nashville October 2008

We went to Nashville for a youth pastor's convention/conference last week. Ryan learned a lot at his conference, and we had a great time together as a family. Click on the pictures above to see our pictures. (And grandparents, remember that when you click on the pictures there is an option on that page to download any you want to print or save! If you need help, let us know.)

Here are a few of our favorite pictures:

We have had a lot of these AVON boxes floating around lately since I am selling again. Caroline loves them and I can't keep her out of them. She sits in the lid, the box, and puts all her toys in and out of them. It is a fun toy for her!
